IMPORTANT!  To continue our Associate Membership Participation with NCGA, we must submit a complete list of renewing members and delete all non-renewing members by January 14, 2019. Therefore if you are planning to renew your DMGC/NCGA membership, please return the enclosed DMGC Membership Renewal form along with your payment to me no later than January 7th. This will allow me time to prepare the roster and get it to the NCGA by the deadline.

NCGA charges all late renewals a $10.00 reinstatement fee.

Please select the option that is best for you:

1. DMGC Renewal for those that have a 2018 NCGA card thru the DMGC        $80
2. DMGC New Member with no 2018 NCGA card                                          $90
3. Anyone transferring their NCGA membership from another club to DMGC   $90
4. DMGC Membership with a current 2019 NCGA Membership elsewhere        $60
